1. Mill Head
2. Ass. Mill Head
3. Spv. Proses
4. Spv. Maintanance
Requirment :
1. Max. age of 50 years old and above (1,2,3,4)
2. Minimum of 10 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (1)
3. Minimum of 8 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (2)
4. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (3&4)
5. Min. holds Bachelor Degreein Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Chemical, or any related discipline (1,2,3,4)
6. Having knowledge in Business Process Plantation
7. Expert to Operational control, maintenance & troubleshooting Mill Plantation
8. Able to communicate in English (English literate) & Computer literate
9. Work Base at Mill POM (Sumatera & Kalimantan Unit area)
